1. Summary
- Your tables never leave your phone. Excel and CSV files are opened and processed on your phone; their contents are never sent to any server.
- There is no account. Pivel never asks for your name, email, phone number or card details.
- No analytics, no ads. The app contains no tracking, advertising or measurement component.
- The one exception is the subscription. To verify your subscription, limited information that is not tied to your identity is processed by the store and by our subscription verification provider. Details in section 5.
This policy explains which information is processed where when you use the Pivel mobile app (the "App"). It is written to comply with the UK GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

The App is developed and offered by Nimbolic Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

3. What we do not collect
Pivel has no server. Your file is opened and processed on your phone; it is not sent to us or to anyone else.
We do not collect any of the following:
- The contents of your tables. Cells, column headers, sheet names, formulas.
- The file itself. Pivel only reads the file; it does not write to it, move it, delete it or keep a copy.
- Your identity. We do not ask for a name, email, phone number or address; there is no account.
- Location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera.
- Usage statistics, crash reports, advertising identifiers. The app contains no component for these purposes.
Google Play and Apple may collect some technical information through their own store and operating system (for example, how often the app crashes). That is their infrastructure and is governed by their own privacy policies; Pivel adds nothing to it.
4. Kept on your phone
Some information is stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage, so the app can work. None of it reaches us.

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this. There is no copy on any server, so it cannot be recovered.
On Android, if your phone's Google backup is on, these settings may be included in your Google account backup. Google manages that backup; the contents of your files are never part of it.
5. Subscription and payment
A Pivel subscription is purchased through Google Play or the App Store. The store takes the payment; we never see your card details, name or email. Information collected by the store is governed by Google's and Apple's own privacy policies.
To check whether your subscription is valid we use a subscription verification service. The app runs this check every time it starts. The information processed:

This information is used only to recognise your subscription, restore it when you change phones, and warn you if there is a billing problem. Within the applicable legal framework, processing it is necessary for us to provide the subscription you purchased.
The company providing the verification service processes this information on our behalf as a data processor. Its servers are located in the USA; the transfer is covered by the contractual safeguards required by law. We will disclose the provider's identity to anyone who asks.
Your tables are never part of this process.
6. Sharing features
You can send a filtered table, a summary or a filter layout (.pivel file) to an app you choose (email, messaging, file manager). You start the share; the content goes directly to the app you selected and does not pass through us.
When you share a filter layout, the values selected in it (for example a customer name) travel with it. The app shows you these before sharing.
7. App permissions
- File access: Pivel opens only the file you pick; it does not ask for access to all files on your phone. For the "Recent" list, permission to reopen the chosen file is kept; removing the file from the list removes that permission.
- Internet and network state: For subscription and purchase operations.
- In-app purchases: So you can buy the subscription through the store.
- Vibration: Touch feedback; can be turned off in settings.
8. Retention
- Information on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Subscription verification information is kept for as long as your subscription lasts and afterwards for the period required by the store's refund and dispute processes and by legal obligations.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to lodge a complaint. Send requests to hello@nimbolic.com; we reply within 30 days. Please include your store order number with your request.
You may complain to the ICO in the United Kingdom or to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Turkey.
10. Age limit
Pivel is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Security
Your files do not leave your phone.
12. Changes
When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page together with its effective date.
